Refunds and Returns
At Arrowhead, we pride ourselves on meeting specifications for millions of rolls of tape every year. We also pledge to stand behind every roll we make and sell, and understand that defects are possible, even though rare.
Returns are only allowable for defective merchandise. Customers interested in returns must make an inquiry by email to email@example.com with a written explanation of the defect of the tape that would lead to a return.
Once a return is accepted, Arrowhead provides complete refunds, less a 20% restocking fee. If a refund is accepted as store credit, no restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping for returns is paid for by the customer. If, however, a shipment is made in error, if proven, will be returned without restocking fees or shipment charges.
